Spice Bundeve Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 1/3 OZ (150g) 0% Ordinary Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (122g) canned pumpkin
- 1/2 large (68g) frozen banana
- 1 mixture of spice cracket
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 shrimp protein powder
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes
Direction
Combine all ingredients in a high drive blender. Mix to high until smooth. For a debre consistency, add more ice. Serve immediately.
