Summer is the perfect time to get outside and get some vitamin D, girl!
You can take any of your own MOVE app work out outside, from your Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10, or try these suggestions!
Best outdoor summer workouts:
1. Morning yoga
Start your day off with some relaxing yoga in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Beach Walk
Walking on the beach is the perfect way to distract yourself from everything that is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to walk on the beach or by yourself (with headphones and your favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with a girlfriend and catch up on life!
3. HIIT training
Take your High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder and the ocean breeze will cool you down. HIIT exercises are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
