Benjamin Netanyahu’s service says the newly adopted five -point plan is aimed at “defeating Hamas” and “Locking War”

Israel has categorically rejected criticism from world leaders after his security cabinet approved a control plan for Gaza.

Defense Minister Israel Katz said that countries that condemn Israel and threaten sanctions “will not weaken our decision.”

“Our enemies will find us as a strong, united fist who will hit them with great force,” he added.

Israel’s decision to expand its Gaza war caused a UN and several countries, including the UK, France and Canada, and prompted Germany to stop Israel’s military exports.

The plan approved by the Israeli security cabinet lists five “principles” for the termination of the war – the disarmament of Hamas, the return of all hostages, the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip, the assumption of security control on the territory and the establishment of an “alternative civil administration” that is neither Hamas.

Reports in the Israeli media say the plan initially focuses on taking full control of the city of Gaza, moving its estimated million inhabitants to the south. The forces will also take control of refugee camps in central gas and areas where the hostages are thought to be held.

The second offensive will follow weeks later with the impetus of humanitarian aid, the media say.

The transition to escalating the conflict has attracted a fierce opposition from some of Israel, including military officials and hostage families held in Gaza.

Hamas said the Gaza Occupation Plan “is a new war crime” and will “cost (Israel) expensive.”

Responding to Israel’s decision, the UN Human Rights Chief Wolker Turk warned that the more escalation “would lead to a more massive forced displacement, more murders, more unbearable sufferings, senseless destruction and crimes.”

The United Kingdom Prime Minister Sir Kiir Starmer called this move “Wrong”, Saying it “will only bring more bloodshed.”

Australia’s Foreign Minister Penny Wong has called on Israel not to go this way, emphasizing that this will “worsen only the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.”

Turkey’s Foreign Ministry has called on the World Community to prevent Israel’s plan, which he said aims to “forcefully displace the Palestinians from his own land”.

In China, the Foreign Ministry spokesman told the AFP news agency that “Gaza belongs to the Palestinian people and is an integral part of the Palestinian territory.”

Meanwhile, Netanyahu told German Chancellor Friedrich Mertz that he was disappointed with Berlin’s decision to stop arms exports to Israel, saying it was “a rewarding of Hamas’s terrorism.”

In Israel himself, the families of the other hostages in Gaza have warned that the lives of the 20, who are believed to have survived, will be at risk.

The headquarters of the hostage family forum said the decision “leads us to a colossal disaster for both hostages and for our soldiers.”

However, the US was less critical. On Tuesday, President Donald Trump said it was “almost to Israel” whether to fully occupy the Gaza Strip.

IDF currently controls about three quarters of Gaza and almost all of its 2.1 million citizens are located in the quarter of the military that the military does not control.

The UN estimates that about 87% of gas is either in militarized areas or under the evacuation orders.

There are regions in the central gas and Israel does not occupy Israel along the Mediterranean coast, according to the UN.

These include refugee camps, where much of the Gaza population now lives after their homes have been destroyed by Israel’s hostilities.

The greater part of the Gaza population has already been displaced by the war, many times over.

The war created a humanitarian disaster in Gaza, most of which claim that not supported experts are at the moment of hunger.

The territory also experiences mass deprivation as a result of severe restrictions imposed by Israel on what is allowed – something that says is aimed at weakening Hamas.

The head of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Gebreys said July is the oldest month for acute malnutrition in children in Gaza, affecting nearly 12,000 under the age of five.

The war began after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, killing about 1,200 people and taking 251 back to gas as hostages. Israel has launched a large -scale military offensive in response, which died at least 61 158 Palestinians, according to the Health Ministry of Gaza.
