Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • ⅔ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour, and vanilla extract.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Remove the mixture from the processor and place it in a bowl.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and dig in!
