Marc-Andre Ter Stegen was removed from the master of Barcelona and replaced by Ronald Araujo.
Barca took the movement today afternoon as the row on the player’s medical status shows no signs of reduction. Ter Stegen refused to sign a consensus form that allows the club to share their medical report with La Liga.

“During this period, the duties of the first master will be assumed by the current Deputy Captain, Ronald Araujo.”
Ter Stegen attended the club’s training floor this morning for control over his back, which was operated in Bordeaux fifteen years ago.
He left after 90 minutes, leaving the rest of the first team squad to end a routine training session.
Canizares blasts “selfish” ter stegen
Ter Stegen’s actions have been under fire with before Spain’s goalkeeper Santiago Canizares said he was being selfish.
Canizares, who won 46 caps for Spain between 1993 and 2006, feels that the 33rd year should be sanctioned for his behavior.
He told Cadena Cope: “Captain represents the players in a game and on the negotiating table in front of a bonus issue or conflict.
“You can’t be lazy, create a bad atmosphere or be selfish. You have to set an example. He must inspire everyone to be committed and give good performances, to be a team, to give good vibes and try to solve conflicts with the club or with their peers.
“But of course, if you create the conflict … if you have an open war with the club, it doesn’t make sense for that player to be the master. It’s just the opposite, the master will now be there to solve the conflict of Ter Stegen.”
