Our team is constantly impressed with our LSF community. All the women in this community worked their asses off and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this six week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were AMAZING!

GRAND PRIZE WINNER

Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up I wasn’t in a good place because I stopped working out and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done many LSF challenges in the past, but I stopped training for a while and wasn’t feeling my best mentally or physically.”

“When I saw that Summer Shape up was starting, I decided that I would start over and make a new healthy routine of exercising and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine, but once I got past the first week it became easier thanks to Move App, A hot meal plan for the bodyand the amazing LSF community to keep me motivated. Now I exercise every morning and it has made such a difference to my mental health. I struggle with anxiety and exercise helps a lot.”

“I’ve come so far and I’m making healthier choices every day. I’m improving every week, that’s all that matters to me. I’ve lost 7 pounds in this challenge, but I also have a victory without a scale because my clothes that used to be tight barely fit me. I got down from medium to small Teamlsf because I know they are what keep me going during and after the challenges.”

Morgan’s story:

I still struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle when my routine at home is disrupted. It really opened my eyes this year. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been this high on the scale. I was generally tired and sluggish.”

“The past 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do so much more than I think I’m capable of. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to sign up and do the exercises in the app going forward. Support from Team LSF and the community is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from a gym, training, or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspired me everyday to show up. I love that we’re like a little online family.”

Jessie (Ohm Mission)

Jessie’s story:

“This was my first time doing any kind of love fitness training/challenge. I joined MOVE app a week before the challenge and I was blown away by how hard but fun the workouts were. I also bought hot body diet plan and 14 day (shape) long ago, like years ago, and I never followed them. But I decided to make them this time and was blown away by how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I love how you offer easy carb and fat substitutions and how realistic the meal plan is. I can still make meals with my husband at night, but also stick to my goals.”

“I joined goals gang about halfway through the challenge and I feel like that was really what catapulted me into the community a little bit more. The girls there are very motivating. It’s also really refreshing to see you, Katieinteracting with us and providing lil treats along the way. I love motivation and going deeper than just a workout and a meal plan. I think that’s really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been a part of over the years.”

“I feel like for the first time in the two years since I had my son, I’ve found a way to find time for myself, to reclaim my body, to reclaim my mental clarity and actually have fun taking care of myself again. I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and the postpartum weight I gained after three years of not taking care of myself, but as I started exercising and following the diet plan, the weight started For me, the diet plan is what makes the difference – the meals make sense from a nutritional standpoint, but they’re also satisfying and I’ve never felt deprived of a whole new lifestyle, as silly as that sounds. And I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good, I pour that energy into my family, I feel like a better mom. Now I just feel motivated in all areas of my life.”

PINK HEART RECIPIENT

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only stayed committed to her own fitness journey, but was extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf babies! Each challenge we ask members to send people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

“This girl has a busy life! He’s always training even if it’s super late. Her posts are fun and I love that she works out with her mom and includes her daughter in the pictures.”

Evey’s story:

“Not only do I struggle with exhaustion and distance anxiety, but I’m also physically a single mom right now. Without help team lsfmaybe I stopped training.”

“Although I didn’t lose a lot of weight in this challenge, I gained strength, muscle and the ability to eat well and exercise through the tough challenges. I lost about 3 kilos. I learned to eat properly without restricting the foods I like to eat and without giving up sweets I learned that patience is key and not to compare myself to anyone I think could look better than me or to compare myself to my old body.

“This challenge taught me that it’s okay to change things when it’s hard, but to always remember “why” I’m doing this so I don’t give up and fall out of the routine. I wouldn’t say I’ve lost the love handles like I wanted, but I’ve gained muscle in my glutes and toned my arms…which was one of my other goals I’ve had for 2+ years.”

“I used SPF Shaping in 14 days and HBMP while doing this challenge. I even took my meal plans on vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger while still maintaining my goals. During this challenge I discovered my love for wing woman and now i can’t stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it’s my favorite morning drink that I can’t go a day without.”

MEMBER SPOTLIGHTS

We received so many amazing entries for this challenge that it was nearly impossible to just highlight our grand prize winner, runner-up, and pink heart recipient. We wanted to give a shout out to these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!
