Here’s a reset tips for your thinking so you can finish these last few weeks strong!
1. Eliminate the mentality of “all or nothing”
Missed training? Is something not on your plan? Skip the steps one day?
It’s okay. Things happen. You are a man.
This challenge is not about perfect. It is about construction consistency and appears again and over again, even after returning. One day off does not undo your progress. Giving up. Let go of the blame and move on.
2. Focus on non-scales
The scale is only one (very small) success measure. What else moved?

Did you get stuck on your goals longer than ever before?
That win. They are actually important more. Start tracking the progress you feel, not just what you see.
3. Revise your “why”
You started this challenge for a reason. Maybe it was to feel more confident. To increase your energy. Finally hold a plan.
Take a few minutes today Re-plug in with your why. Write him down. Say that loudly. Put it on a sticky note and put it somewhere where you will see until the end of this challenge. When the motivation fades, why is you still going.
4. Transition from outcomes to identity
Instead of saying “I want to lose weight,” I say “I’m becoming someone who my health health.”
Instead of “I want to be Fit”, say “I am the kind of woman who doesn’t give up on myself.”
Moving the focus from what you want to be powerful. It makes your daily habits feel more like who you are instead of what you do.
5. Celebrate how much you came
You made it at 4. Week. That’s a big deal. Most people don’t even take a step and doesn’t start. But you did. You have shown you. And you still appear.
Take a moment and be proud of it. Then use it as proof that you can finish this challenge more stronger than you started.
